Did you know around two billion people around the world celebrate the Lunar New Year? With celebrations across Asia, as well as in other countries such as the United States, the UK and Australia, this special holiday is truly international. 

Although the date of the Lunar New Year changes depending on the year, it always signifies saying goodbye to the past year and welcoming in the new year with peace, abundance and prosperity.

The number of celebration days will vary depending on the country, and each culture will mark it with their own timeless customs, traditions and beliefs. In China, for example, the Lunar New Year lasts from the new moon to the next full moon which is around 15 days.
