What is the Southern Festival of Books?
As one of the United State's oldest literary events, the Southern Festival of Books takes place in the heart of Nashville every October.
The festival celebrates the written word and is the perfect event for all bookworms who live in Nashville or are planning a visit to area.
There are performance stages with live music, panel discussions and author book signings. Those who arrive hungry can enjoy delicious bites from the festival's food trucks and browse books from more than 60 publishers and bookstores who will be exhibiting during the festival.
