What is the Minnesota Fringe Festival?
The Minnesota Fringe Festival is a performing arts summer festival held in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
The event features over 1,000 performing artists and fills around 50,000 seats each year making it the largest performing arts festival in the Midwest.
With performances for all ages, the Minnesota Fringe Festival is a unique and spirited celebration of diversity, artistic expression and a voice that connects the performing arts with audiences on both a local and national level.

Tickets are sold individually for each show, or you can enjoy multiple shows with a festival day pass.
Did you know?
The first ever Minnesota Fringe Festival took place in 1994, with 53 shows presented at six venues across Minneapolis's Cedar-Riverside neighborhood. It has grown significantly since its inception with close to 200 shows performed at each festival in recent years.
