Indie rock giants Arctic Monkeys will be touring across Australia, the UK and North America in 2023 in support of their hotly anticipated new album 'The Car'.
‘The Car’ will be Arctic Monkeys’ seventh studio album and it follows up their 2018 album 'Tranquillity Base Hotel & Casino' which reached #1 on Billboard's Rock chart and was nominated for Best Alternative Music Album at the Grammy Awards.
Arctic Monkeys crashed onto the music scene in 2005 and their 2006 debut album ‘Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not’ was at the time the fastest-selling album in British history. It topped both the U.K. and U.S. rock album charts and took home the coveted Mercury Prize.
The British band are known for their sly, witty songwriting and have had hits such as ‘I Bet You Look Good on the Dancefloor’, ‘When the Sun Goes Down’, ‘A Certain Romance’ and ‘Florescent Adolescent’.
